Thursday, August 20 at 6 p.m. CSCA homeowners are welcome to attend. The meeting is held at the home of a CSCA board member: 866 New Morning Road — enter via the second driveway. Parking and turnaround are limited; please consider car pooling and/or parking along New Morning Rd.
Per our Annual Meeting in January and your approving vote, please read through the attached CSCA Bylaws. As promised, we are not filing these with the County until you have seen the document. There are no changes beyond what you approved. The Board will file these Bylaws with Island County in August to give you time to ask questions. — Very respectfully, Rob Pedersen
For all water problems or questions, residents should FIRST contact our water management team. If you have a significant emergency or water leak, turn off your water at the meter near the road — it takes only a quarter turn. Do not wait, and do not call a plumber, if you have a leak that cannot be stopped.
